“When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be” – Lao Tzu

I am a resilience thought leader and life coach, a certified Hatha and Therapeutic Yoga instructor and an author with a published memoir.

For the past nine years, since my husband’s passing and through the benefit of my augmented ‘Personal Resilience’ I have transformed myself and my life.  My transformation evolved thru my passions for writing, health, family, yoga and my desires to help others create more resilient, purposeful and joyful lives.

I was born in Denmark and despite an unsettled childhood, complicated by family hardship, matured into a successful business woman.  I helped to forge the path for women in technology and earned my way to Director of Information Technology at TELUS where many of my happiest and most rewarding years were spent while raising my family as a single mother and refining my resiliency skills.

At fifty-one I married my soul mate and was immediately confronted by his stage 4 colon cancer for more than five years. My husband’s illness, death and the ensuing trauma I suffered (my Resilience Journey) would prove to be the most difficult quest of my life.

I know first hand the destruction of soul, mind and body that loss, adversity and trauma can inflict through my own personal pursuit to survive it.  I know how difficult is is to access the right resources to help one navigate its ensuing life damage.  And I know how difficult it can be to manage the constant barrage of change that life will continually present us all.

Its a joy and privilege to show my clients how to successfully negotiate life’s challenges while inspiring them to build sustainable, healthy practices which create ever more resilient, fulfilling and joyful lives.  My Life Coaching services will transform you!

  2. Wonderful images. I especially like them because people are smiling. They don’t look staged. They look like a family enjoying life, sharing and caring all the day long. Very nice!
